1.Peel shrimp from shell then thoroughly rinse shrimp in cold water.
2. Drain excess moisture, then dip shrimp in egg batter, shake off excess.
3.Pour Coog's Finest Fish Seasoning Coating Mix into bowl, or plastic bag roll or shake seafood in mix until evenly coated.
4.Heat one inch of vegetable oil in skillet, to medium heat on stove top or between 300 F-350 F in deep fryer.
5.Once oil is heated, gently place Shrimp pieces in skillet, turning to new side every minute until shrimp loses its original color. Approximate Time 4-5 minutes.
