COOG’S BEEF FRIED RICE

Ingredients:

Sirloin Steak (Raw) 8oz

Olive Oil 2-3Tbs

Cooked Rice 2 cups

Onion ¼ cup

Green Onion ¼ cup

Garlic 1Tbs

Celery ¼ cup

Carrots 1/8 cup

Mushrooms ½ cup

Bean Sprouts (canned) 1/3 cup drained

Egg (raw)

Soy Sauce 2Tbs

Onion Powder

Garlic Powder

Coog’s Oriental Rub Seasoning

1. In a Large Stainless Steel Skillet or Wok add 2-3Tbs of Olive Oil and turn the

temperature to medium high heat on Stove Top.

2. Add 8oz of Sirloin Steak cut-up to small ¼ inch cubes and  Stir-Fry.

3. Once the Sauted Steak pieces are about half done, add and mix the remaining

vegetables, and continue to Stir-Fry.

4. Season the Stir-Fried Meat and Vegetable Mixture with Garlic Powder, Onion

Powder, and  Coog’s Oriental Rub Seasoning.

5. Move the meat and vegetables out around the sides of the skillet or wok, and Crack

one large egg in the middle of skillet and add about 1Tbs of Soy Sauce to the egg

and swirl around using a wooden spoon.

6. Once the egg is half done start mixing the Sirloin Steak and Vegetables back into

the center of the skillet and blend with the egg.

7. Add the 2 cups of already cooked rice and mix all together;

Sprinkle another 2Tbs of Soy Sauce over the rice and mix well.
