Shrimp (Raw) 8oz

Olive Oil 2-3Tbs

Cooked Rice 2 cups

Onion ¼ cup

Green Onion ¼ cup

Garlic 1Tbs

Celery ¼ cup

Carrots 1/8 cup

Mushrooms ½ cup

Bean Sprouts (canned) 1/3 cup drained

Egg (raw)

Soy Sauce 2Tbs

Onion Powder

Garlic Powder

1. In a Large Stainless Steel Skillet or Wok add 2-3Tbs of Olive Oil and turn the temperature to medium high heat on Stove Top.


2. Add 8oz of De-Shelled cut in half medium size Shrimp and all of the remaining vegetables and Stir-Fry at the same time. Season the shrimp and vegetable mixture with Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and "Coog’s Oriental Rub Seasoning."


3. Once the Sauted Shrimp pieces and vegetables are about half done 2-3 min; Move the shrimp and vegetables out around the sides of the skillet or wok, and crack one large egg in the middle of skillet.

4. Add about 1Tbs of Soy Sauce to the egg and swirl around using a wooden  spoon.

5. Once the egg is half done start mixing the Shrimp and Vegetables back into the center of the skillet and blend with the egg.

6. Add the 2 cups of already cooked rice and mix all together;

7. Sprinkle another 2Tbs of Soy Sauce over the rice and mix well. Enjoy!
