Flour Tortilla

Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

Cooked Rice (Optional)

Sirloin Steak (Raw) 8oz

Coog’s Salsa

Sour Cream

Mushrooms cut in slices 1 1/3 cup

Green Onions ½ cup

Garlic Chopped 1 Clove


Green Pepper

Olive Oil 2Tbs

Sherry or White Wine 2Tbs

Onion Powder

Garlic Powder

White Pepper ¼ Tsp

Coog’s Multi-Purpose Rub Seasoning

1. Remove all of the Flour Tortilla from the packaging and roll up in Aluminum Foil

    and place in the oven on Baked at its lowest setting to warm.

 2. In a Large Stainless Steel Skillet add 2-3Tbs of Olive Oil and turn

     the temperature to medium high heat on Stove Top.

3. Add 8oz of Sirloin Steak meat cut into 1 inch strips and Stir-Fry.

4. Once the Sauted Sirloin Steak pieces are about half done, move the Steak to the

     outer edges of the skillet and mix the remaining vegetables, and continue to Stir-


5.  Combine the Stir-Fried Steak and Vegetable Mixture and season with Garlic

     Powder, Onion Powder, White Pepper, and Coog’s Multi-Purpose Rub


6. Drizzle 2Tbs of Sherry or White Wine over the Stir-Fry Mixture and Stir until

     cooked down or mostly evaporated.

 7. Take a warm Flour Tortilla and place on plate.

 8. Srinkle cheese, cooked rice(optional), the Stir fry Sirloin Steak and Vegetable

    Blend, and Salsa on the Tortilla.

 9. Wrap Tortilla, eat and Enjoy!
