Coog’s Seafood Crab Boil Blend

The Coog’s Seafood Crab Boil, is one of our unique blends of

spices that adds zest and flavor to any Seafood Crab Boil.


12-14 Cups of  Water

1 Lemon cut into quarters

¼ Cup Hot Sauce

2oz Coog’s Seafood Crab Boil

1 Onion cut into quarters

8 Small Red Potatoes

3 Carrots cut into 2” pieces

3 Ears of Sweet Corn cut in half

1 lb Kielbasa or Polish Sausage

1 lb Large Shrimp unpeeled

2 lbs King Crab Legs

To Make Great Tasting Seafood Crab Boil:

Combine 12-14 cups of water in a large sauce pot with a removable wire basket.

Add lemon, pour 2oz of Coog’s Seafood Crab Boil, and hot sauce into pot and

bring to a boil. In wire basket place onion, potatoes, and carrots, bring to a boil then

simmer for 20 minutes. Remove vegetables keep warm in a large baking dish in

the oven at a low temperature setting. Add corn, sausage, shrimp and crab legs or

seafood of choice to pot and return to boil for 5-8 minutes.  Remove basket from pot

and arrange the seafood, sausage, and vegetables in baking dish or on paper.

Enjoy with warm French bread and a cold beer!
