Asian Style Marinade used with Coog’s Oriental Rub…

The Coog’s Oriental Rub, has a nice Blend of Spices to include Garlic, Ginger,

Wasabi, Citrus, Szechuan, and Dill Weed. This unique Blend of Spices enhances

many dishes to include Fried Rice, and Stir-Fry to name a few. To Make Great

Tasting Chicken Kabobs using Coog’s Oriental Rub Seasoning with Coog’s

Asian Style Marinade:

Cut Chicken into1 inch cubes. Cut Green Pepper and Onion into 1 inch pieces as

well. Leave the Mushrooms whole and place the Chicken and cut up Vegetables

into a shallow baking dish.

Blend the Marinade then pour over the Chicken and Vegetables in the shallow

baking dish, and let Marinade for 4 hrs, or overnight.

Arrange Chicken and Vegetables on either wooden or metal skewers.

Sprinkle Kabobs on both sides with Coog’s Smokey BBQ Rub Seasoning. Taste

great on the Grill, or in the Oven.  

Note: Pork is an excellent choice for this Recipe in place of Chicken.


2lbs Chicken 1inch Thick

2 cups Cherry Tomatoes (optional)

2 cups Fresh Mushrooms

1 Large Green Pepper

1 Large Onion


1 Cup Orange Juice

½ Cup Rice Wine Vinegar

4 Tbs Soy Sauce

3 Tbs Peanut Oil (Optional) Olive Oil

*1 Tbs Coog’s Oriental Rub

2 Tbs Ginger Root chopped  or

(Optional) 1 Tbs Ginger Powder

4 Cloves Garlic, Sliced

2 Green Onions, Sliced

2 Tbs Fresh Cilantro Chopped
