Steak Marinade used with Coog’s Smokey BBQ Rub Seasoning

The Smokey BBQ Rub Seasoning makes baking in the oven taste like you just

cooked on the outdoor grill. To Make Great Tasting Steak Kabobs using Coog’s

Smokey BBQ Rub Seasoning with Coog’s Steak Marinade:

Cut Steak into 1 inch cubes. Cut Green Pepper and Onion into 1 inch pieces as

well. Leave the Mushrooms whole and place the Steak and cut up Vegetables  into

a shallow baking dish.

Blend the Marinade then pour over the Steak and Vegetables in the shallow

baking dish, and let Marinade for 4 hrs, or overnight.

Arrange Steak and Vegetables on either wooden or metal skewers.

Sprinkle Kabobs on both sides with Coog’s Smokey BBQ Rub Seasoning.

Taste great on the Grill, or in the Oven.


2lbs Steak 1inch Thick

2 cups Cherry Tomatoes (optional)

2 cups Fresh Mushrooms

1 Large Green Pepper

1 Large Onion


¼ Rice Wine Vinegar

¼ Cup Apple Juice

¼ Cup Beer

Red Cooking Wine

½ Cup Red Cooking Wine

1 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce

1 Tbs Ketchup

1 Tbs Mustard

*1 Tbs Coog’s Smokey BBQ

1 Tsp Black Pepper

2 Cloves Garlic, Chopped Fine
