Meat and Vegetable Marinade

Ingredients
  • 2lbs Lamb 1inch Thick
  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes (optional)
  • 2 cups Fresh Mushrooms
  • 1 Large Green Pepper
  • 1 Large Onion
Instructions
    1. Cut Lamb into1 inch cubes.
    2. Cut Green Pepper and Onion into 1 inch pieces as well.
    3. Leave the Mushrooms whole and place the Lamb and cut up Vegetables into a shallow baking dish.
    4. Blend the Marinade then pour over the Lamb and Vegetables in the shallow baking dish, and let Marinade for 4 hrs, or overnight.
    5. Arrange Lamb and Vegetables on either wooden or metal skewers.
    6. Sprinkle Kabobs on both sides with Coog’s Spicy Mild BBQ Rub Seasoning.
