Coog’s Gourmet Baked Pork Chops(Coating)

  1. Heat oven from 350 F-375F. Oven temperatures may vary.
  2. Thoroughly rinse pork chops in cold water, drain excessive moisture,
  3. then coat pork chops in egg batter, or coat with Olive Oil.
  4. Pour Coog’s Finest Chicken Seasoning Coating mix into bowl, or plastic bag.
  5. Roll or shake pork chops in mix until evenly coated.
  6. Place pork chops in a coated shallow greased baking pan.
  7. Bake uncovered for 30-35 min or until pork chops are tender and golden brown.
  8. Turn midway through.
