Barbecued Rattlesnake

Ingredients

1 Rattlesnake - (4 lbs);
-skinned, gutted,
and cut into 6" pieces
1 bottle Italian dressing
(or a mixture of
-Worcestershire sau
lemon pepper; or lemon
-juice, oil,
vinegar, salt, pepper and
-margarine

Instructions

Marinate meat at least 30 minutes. Place meat on grill on low heat. Cook
until tender.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
