Bayou Gumbo Seasoning
Rub your meat until it's red with this powerful Cajun spice blend, then do the gumbo thing.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons black pepper, finely ground
2 1/2 tablespoons white pepper, finely ground
2 tablespoons dry mustard
3 tablespoons cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons file powder
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
Preparation:
Combine ingredients in a bowl. Store in a glass jar out of direct sunlight.
