Fried Chicken Breasts Dijon

Prep: 5 min, Cook: 15 min.
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
4 chicken breast halves with bone
2 Tbs. vegetable oil
Spread mustard over chicken. Place breadcrumbs in a shallow dish and dredge chicken to coat. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken, without crowding, 20-25 minutes turning occasionally until golden and cooked throughout.
