Grilled Crappies
Yield: 1 Serving
Ingredients
6 scaled and pan-dressed
-crappies
6 sl bacon
1 stick butter
1 pk Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1/4 ts salt
1/4 ts black pepper
Instructions
melt butter in small saucepan; add onion soup mix, salt and
pepper; stir well.
brush fish with sauce.
around each fish, wrap a bacon slice.
arrange fish in a well-greased hinged wire grill.
cook over moderate coals until bacon appears crispy (roughly 15 minutes);
baste with sauce;
flip and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
