Honey Spiced Crappie

Ingredients

1 lb crappie fillets
1/2 c butter
1/2 c onion, chopped1/2
1/2 c peppers, green
1/2 c honey
1/4 c garlic powder
1/2 ts soy sauce
1/2 ts cayenne pepper
1/4 ts black pepper
1/4 ts salt
1/4 c olive oil
1/2 c lemon juice

Instructions

In a small frying pan melt butter and saute onions and green peppers.
Drain away half of saute rice. Combine in bowl and mix well the
remaining ingredients. Combine the sauted onion and peppers with
the remaining juice and the honey mixture. Spread 1 pound of Crappie
fillets in a 9 x 13 pan and pour the mixture over the fillets. Bake
at 350 F. for 25 - 30 minutes.
