Chicken Strips With Honey Sauce

Ingredients

1 c honey
1 c spicy brown mustard;
-prepared
1 c all-purpose flour
1 c bread crumbs; fresh
1 ts salt
1/2 ts pepper
1/2 ts garlic; granulated
4 lb chicken breast; skinless,
-boneless, cut i

Instructions

Combine honey and mustard; mix well. Combine flour, crumbs, salt, pepper
and garlic; mix well. Dredge chicken strips in flour-crumb mixture; shake
off excess. Deep-fry in 375 degrees F oil about 1-1/2 minutes or until
completely cooked and golden brown.
