Ingredients

Instructions

1/2 c olive oil
1/2 c fresh lime juice
1 minced garlic
1 freshly chopped oregano
1 crushed peppercorns

1/2 c brandy
1/4 c soy sauce
2 tb molasses
1/2 ts dijon mustard
1 tb grated fresh ginger
1/2 c dry white wine
----------------------------GARLIC HONEY MARINADE---------------------------
1 sm onion; (minced)
1/4 c fresh lemon juice
1/4 c sesame oil
2 tb soy sauce
2 cloves garlic; (crushed)
1 tb grated fresh ginger
2 tb honey
2 ts chopped fresh parsley
---------------------------HONEY MUSTARD MARINADE---------------------------
1 c dijon mustard
1 c dry white wine
3/4 c olive oil
1/4 c honey
1 clove garlic; (minced)

1 clove minced garlic
1/2 c olive oil
1/4 c soy sauce
2 tb brown sugar
1 ts grated fresh ginger
1 tb worcestershire sauce
-----------------------------SPICY HOT MARINADE-----------------------------
4 minced green onions
2 seeded jalapeno peppers
1/3 c lemon juice
1/4 c honey
2 tb olive oil
2 tb fresh thyme leaves; (or 2
-tsp. dried thyme le
1/2 ts salt
1/4 ts ground allspice
1/4 ts nutmeg
Hello, Barbecue Enthusiasts!
Marinades are a diverse combination of flavors that set the tone of your
outdoor barbecue festivities.
For best results, use your marinade immediately after the ingredients have
been combined. Place meats or vegetables in a zip-lock bag with the
marinade, and remove as much air as possible before sealing and
refrigerating.
You may want to prick the meat with a fork to allow the marinade to
permeate deeply into the cut of steak, pork, or chicken.
Shrimp and vegetables may marinate for 15 minutes to 1 hour for best
