Philly Wine Sauce

Ingredients

(1 cup)

250 g Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/3 c Dry white wine
2 Green onions; fine chop
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Tarragon leaves
1/4 ts Garlic; fine mince
1/4 ts Dijon mustard
Fresh parsley; chopped


Instructions

Combine all ingredients and heat over low heat stirring constantly until well blended.
Pour sauce over cooked chicken breasts or fish steaks.
Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
